The Columbia County Historical Museum is home to the Historical Sewing Society. Quarterly the Historical Sewing Society has living history presentations which are open to the public free of charge. During the Olustee Weekend, they joined with presenters from Michigan and Ohio to present "The Soldier's Aid Society" at the museum.
